Andrea has brought her many years of experience creating full-sized woodcut prints to the realm of pattern design. To create a pattern design, she either inks and prints a small section of a large woodcut print, like a flower, or carves small designs into wood blocks and inks and prints these mini blocks. These handmade prints are imported into a digital program where she colors, resizes and arranges these elements into artful patterns that make gorgeous fabrics and designs for a variety of products.
