Returns and Exchanges
I hope you love your art or products you have purchased from me. In the event that you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase I offer exchanges or credits within 14 days of the receipt of your items, provided that they are returned in their original condition and packaging.
Email me at email@example.com prior to returning your item.
Returns on fine art original prints: If the print you received does not meet your expectations, please contact me so we can discuss how to remedy this. Returns are accepted within 2 weeks of receipt of the art. The customer is responsible for returning the art in the same package using USPS Priority Mail or UPS and purchasing insurance for the full price of the art.
Returns of home decor products and accessories: Exchanges will be accepted within 14 days of date of purchase. A store credit will be issued. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Credit for returns may be denied if the return does not meet the requirements. Items sent back without notice beyond the 14-day return window will incur a 15% restocking fee.
Custom made products: Because this item was made especially for you, returns are not accepted. Giclees are custom printed, therefore returns will not be accepted. Please discuss this with me if there are extenuating circumstances.
Free shipping to all 50 US states for purchases over $50.
Art is shipped as follows:
Greeting Cards: USPS First Class mail or Priority Mail
All other art and products: USPS Priority Mail or UPS
Fine Art Shipping: Free shipping applies to art shipped in a tube. I use heavy art tubes, which is the safest way to ship fine art. If you want your art shipped flat or if your art is framed I will calculate shipping, inform you of the cost, and bill with a separate invoice.
